WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
At Mattress Warehouse, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We do not resell used mattresses. Any returned or defective bedding products are removed from inventory and responsibly handled, ensuring every customer receives a brand-new product. Below you’ll find important information about warranty coverage, returns, and order policies.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Your mattress is protected by an extensive manufacturer’s warranty. Should your product fail during the warranty period, one of our Warranty Advocates can assist you in filing a claim and will work with the manufacturer on your behalf.
If you experience an issue:
- Submit a warranty claim through our team
- We’ll work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf
- A third-party inspection may be required to validate the claim
Important requirements:
- Your mattress must be free of stains, damage, or misuse
- Using a mattress protector is strongly recommended to maintain warranty eligibility
- Law tags must remain attached to the product
Please note:
- Warranty terms and length vary by manufacturer
- Approval, repair, or replacement is determined by the manufacturer

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of bedding products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.
- All sales are final once delivered or picked up.
- Refunds are not available on mattresses, foundations, or bedding products.
- Approved refunds are typically received within 3 weeks. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check will be issued in the form of a check. Refunds for credit or debit card transactions will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Then contact us at (866) 637-3788, and we'll promptly arrange a simple and hassle-free exchange.
COMFORT EXCHANGE
We know a new mattress is an investment — one you'll be living with for years to come. That’s why our Comfort Guarantee gives you 120 nights to try it out. If you're not 100% satisfied after sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights, you can exchange it.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Before shipping:
- Orders must be paid in full before processing and scheduling for delivery or pick-up.
- Orders (including direct ship, custom, and special orders) may be canceled within 24 hours.
After shipping:
- Cancellations are subject to approval by Customer Care and may include a restocking fee of 20% plus any delivery charges incurred.
CLEARANCE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
- All clearance and promotional items are final sale.
- No returns or exchanges unless the item damage is noted at delivery.
