Why should I add an Extend protection plan?
Extend provides coverage for your mattress against accidental damage such as rips, tears, punctures, and stains caused by food, kids, and pets starting on day one through your chosen coverage term. For adjustable bed bases, Extend provides extended coverage for frame, mechanical, and electrical failures.
Filing a claim
Contact Extend online or by phone at (877) 248-7707. Provide either your contract ID, email address, or other identifying piece of information. They’ll process your claim in minutes and once approved, send you details on your repair or replacement.

10-year protection against accidental* stains and damage on Mattress Warehouse mattresses, including:

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need to return my product?
If you return your product, Mattress Warehouse returns the money you paid for the protection plan. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, Extend may issue a pro-rated refund
How long does Extend provide coverage?
The Extend Protection Plan will cover your eligible product for 10 years. Mattress coverage begins the date your furniture is delivered. Adjustable bed base coverage begins after the manufacturer warranty has expired.
Is the manufacturer's warranty still in effect for the mattress and/or adjustable bed base covered by the Extend Protection Plan?
Yes. The manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturer defects. Your Extend Protection Plan covers accidental stains and damage on your mattress from day one. Extended coverage for adjustable bed bases begins after the manufacturer warranty expires.
