We know a new mattress is an investment — one you'll be living with for years to come. That’s why our 100% Comfort Guarantee gives you 120 nights to try it out. If you're not 100% satisfied after sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights, you can exchange it.

ADJUSTING TO YOUR NEW MATTRESS

TRANSITION PERIOD

There will be an adjustment period with your new mattress as your body needs to adjust to a new sleep surface. Your body is not accustomed to the proper support your new mattress provides. You might wake up sore as your body adapts to being in a more natural alignment.

YOUR FIRST NIGHT

Your new mattress will not immediately feel like the showroom model, requiring at least 30 nights to break in. Like breaking in a new pair of shoes, the foams within the mattress need time to conform to you. Over time, the layers of foam will soften and adjust to adapt to your body.

YOUR 30TH NIGHT

Your new mattress has begun to break in, providing proper support and pressure relief. Although you may experience some growing pains, it will be worth the wait. Your new mattress will continue to conform to your body resulting in deep, restful, pain-free sleep.

COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mattress Warehouse, we're dedicated to helping you get the best quality sleep every night. That’s why we offer a comfort exchange policy—because your 100% satisfaction is our top priority. To help ensure you get the best sleep possible, we've partnered with our vendors to offer a 120-night Comfort Guarantee* on most brands we carry.


Before requesting an exchange, we ask that you try your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow it to properly break in. If you're still not satisfied after that time, simply contact us to start your one-time comfort exchange. You'll receive a credit for 100% of your original mattress purchase toward the current ticket price of a replacement mattress. The exchange must be of equal or greater value, and any price difference is your responsibility. Please note that no refunds are provided. A standard $99 delivery fee applies to all exchanges, along with a $29.99 per-piece removal fee. Adjustable bases, foundations, pillows, mattress protectors, and bed frames are not eligible for comfort exchange. Law tags must remain attached to the original merchandise, and the mattress must be clean and in sanitary condition—free from tears, burns, stains, or any damage. For the safety of our employees, we cannot accept mattresses that show biohazards such as blood, urine, feces, or signs of infestation.

*100% Comfort Guarantee is valid for 120 days after purchase. To qualify, a mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as your mattress. Mattresses must be exchanged within 120 days of delivery. Only residents within a 30-mile radius of our Mattress Warehouse locations are eligible for the 100% Comfort Guarantee.
