My husband and I worked with Kai when deciding what mattress to purchase. He performed the test to see what we needed and then had us try three mattresses. He explained the science behind each one and why we would consider purchasing each one. His knowledge of how mattresses affect REM and deep sleep was outstanding. He patiently answered our questions and did not pressure us to purchase one over the other. He worked with us on the financing and made sure we were pleased with every detail. From the moment I called to inquire about available products in-store to test out, Judy was bubbling with joy and information. As Manager, she was superb in getting our bed matches, patient as we tried everything out, and was magical in using her wand to make our deal sweet and Kai was outstanding in his role as "Beducator" (seriously, it's his title!). We were persuaded to purchase the Bedgear Storm pillows based on Kai's test and recommendations. We are awaiting our order and can't wait to get the best sleep ever!
