I’m guessing few other humans on the planet know as much about selling beds as he does, and his genial nature and genuine helpfulness and thoughtfulness made all the difference for us. We first arrived and was immediately greeted by Tom. He was amazing. Very professional. Knows his stuff about what is sold in the store. He does NOT push you to buy things you’re not interested in. He was very helpful. He asked what we were looking for, how do we sleep, what hurts the most upon wake up , if you sleep hot , All of theses question for him to guide you to the right bed. He put us on one we said a little softer he said perfect I know where to go. The very next bed was perfect , just a little above price range , Then we went to price and we found one right within our budget and comfortable/perfect as well. So by the 3rd bed we were happy , even by the 2nd one we were happy the 3 was just more in price range. All in all FANTASTIC job by TOM.

I highly recommend shopping at the Mattress Warehouse in Nottingham. I purchased a queen bed with ease and hassle free. The salesman, (TS06,SM06), sorry I forgot his name, but this was in the invoice, he greeted me upon entering the store and answered my questions without trying to sell me extras. He even showed me an additional mattress that was more accommodating to my need and at the same price. The prices are reasonable. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes from entering to purchasing the needed items.

My husband and I had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse. Tom served us well. He got us a great deal on a Tempur-Pedic. Tom was patient, professional, and most importantly kind. Delivery was on time and on target. We would recommend doing business with this store.
