My husband and I started shopping for a mattress on Friday. Kenny was very helpful in helping us decide what we needed. I have back issues and sciatic nerve issues at the moment and he explained from his own experience what he would recommend for me. We were going to shop around but next day we went back to buy the therapeutic pro-adapt soft series. No pushy sales person just showed us several mattresses but he felt this mattress would help my back. Thanks Kenny. Looking forward to sleeping on this jewel. Bought all organic latex 8 years ago in Roanoke in twin XL thought it would be last mattress but we bought adjustable bed and when the bed breaks in raised position, you’re in trouble. Too much to go wrong! It’s 8 years old and paid $5400 then. I highly recommend this store.

The purchase process was smooth and painless. We made two visits to the store and purchased our mattress on the second visit. Wanda made sure that we had considered all the options on hand. The delivery was done in a very timely manner and the delivery guys were great, very conscientious and quick.

Our salesman Kenny Mabes did a wonderful job on explaining the different types of mattresses and all of the functions of an adjustable base. He made our shopping experience pleasant and I will choose this establishment again the next time I need a mattress. The delivery guys were super efficient too.

Wanda help me greatly in a very fast and efficient method. The mattress received was a great quality and excellent pricing. This will be our third experience, visiting Wanda and the store, and look forward to more visits in the future as needed.

Wanda has been extremely helpful in picking out two different mattresses in the past two months. She was very understanding when I told her about my husband having to move to Assisted Living. She showed me mattresses that were best for his situation. She’s extremely knowledgeable, courteous, caring, and helpful. She really cares about Customer Service, and I plan to work with her again for future purchases!!
