Professional White Glove Delivery & Setup services are only available in our delivery footprint. A $99 White Glove Delivery fee applies to orders below $999.  

What You’ll Get:

• In-home set up of your mattress set and adjustable base, if applicable

• Guaranteed 3-hour delivery window provided the night before delivery (delivery will be made free if not made within the delivery window, signature required by an adult 18+)

• Courteous and professionally trained White Glove Delivery personnel

• Sanitary booties worn to protect your home upon request

• Haul Away & Recycling Service available for $25 per piece (excludes stained items due to the potential biohazard risk)

• Removal of all packing materials for items you purchased.

Select items that can be shipped via FedEx or UPS will ship directly to your doorstep. These items are not available for White Glove Delivery. Free shipping is available on small bedding items, mattress in a box styles, and orders $999+. 

What You’ll Get:

• Small parcel items not ordered with a mattress or foundation and items that ship directly from the manufacturer will be shipped to your doorstep. This includes bedding, select furniture, and select mattresses.

• Orders are generally processed in 2-3 business days. Note that some mattresses may need extra processing time and can take up to 10 business days to ship. Delivery date will vary based on delivery zip code.

• No signature required

Skip delivery and pick up your order at a store near you. While some items may be available for immediate pick up, it may take 5-7 business days to ship items to your selected store.

How it Works:

• Place your order online or in a store and select In Store Pick Up. 

• When your items are ready to be picked up, we will send you an email confirmation.

• Stop by during business hours at your convenience to pick up your order. Please note, a large vehicle may be needed for some items.

No longer need your old mattress or box spring? As a part of our Green & Clean Initiative, Mattress Warehouse partners with recycling companies such as Resource Recycling and Recycling Works to deconstruct your old items and recycle the materials. 

How it Works:

• Select the number of items to be recycled at checkout. There is a $25 per piece service fee (available for mattresses and box springs only).

• Our delivery team will remove the old items from your home and send these to our recycling partners. Please note that stained mattresses cannot be removed due to the potential biohazard risk to our delivery team.

• Materials such as metal from box springs and innerspring coils and cotton from mattress padding, are stripped and sterilized, then provided to up-cycling companies to be used to make goods such as dog beds and carpet pads.

Better quality sleep is right around the corner! Here are a few things to keep in mind before your new mattress arrives 

• Make sure there is a clear path for us to easily move your new mattress to the desired room during delivery.

• Move any picture frames, vases, or items that might get knocked over or broken to a safe place.

• If you have pets, make sure to secure them so they don't accidentally get hurt.

• The area surrounding your new mattress location should be cleared of anything that might get stepped on or tripped over.

• If you have a mattress or box spring that will be hauled away, be sure to remove all bedding including sheets, pillows, etc.

• For the safety of our delivery team, we are unable to make deliveries through windows, over railings, or in any other manner we deem to be hazardous.
